1. Machine Tool Features

(2) High speed - The machine tool spindle adopts a direct transmission form, which can significantly reduce transmission noise and heat generation, with a maximum speed of 10000 r/min. The spindle adopts an oil cooling device, and the spindle bearings are lubricated with high-performance grease, effectively controlling the high-speed temperature rise of the spindle; X. The Y and Z coordinate guides use high rigidity linear rolling guides, with a maximum fast moving speed of 36m/min (the plastic coated guide structure has a maximum fast moving speed of 30m/min); The machine tool adopts a synchronous tool changing mechanism (tool changing time: 2 seconds).
(3) High rigidity - The main body of the machine tool is entirely made of high-strength cast iron, with a stable internal metallographic structure.
